Soleil Court is a Parisian-style 3-story row-house community located on 9th Avenue, Cortez Hill. Cortez hill is a distinguished downtown San Diego neighborhood named after the historic El Cortez hotel. The original Victorian homes of the first settlers gives Cortez hill a unique charm. Soleil Court row homes are either of 2 or 3 bedrooms having an area ranging from 1,451-2,272 sq. ft.

The 3 beds feature wood burning fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom.

All kitchens feature custom cabinets and different appliances. E-studios have separate entrances and can be used as a home office as it is wired for home network and high speed internet as well as includes a full bath. Master suites located on the 3rd floor take in walk-in closets and large master baths with windows.
