The Grande is a 39-story two tower complex completed by BOSA Development in 2005. The south tower was completed a year earlier in 2004. This complex is located in downtown San Diego's Columbia District on the corner of Pacific Ave. and Broadway. Each tower houses 222 units of various floor plans including townhomes, 1, 2, 2bedroom+ den and penthouse suites. Square footage ranges from 899-1,944 sq. ft.
