Ecco Lofts is a 10 unit San Diego downtown lofts project, located on the west side of Columbia Street-between Fir and Grape Streets in downtown San Diego. The 5-story Columbo venture LLC development was completed in 2006. Residences are in two and three stories of 719-1,297 sq. ft. area.
The complex has a modern and minimalistic architecture designed by architect Brett Farrow. Some residences offer nice views of the charming Little Italy neighborhood. Ecco Lofts offers 1 secure underground parking space per unit and a private roof-top deck among other amenities. This is a very nice choice for a home if you prefer living in downtown but wish to avoid the multitude of high-rises filled and too many people. There are hardly any other downtown San Diego developments of this size.
