Oliver McMillan has developed apartment rentals in downtown San Diego for years now. He was about to complete another one 13th street between Market and G street but he sold it before the completion.
Monogram Residential Trust of Plano, Texas was the purchaser of the apartment complex and sold for $83.95 million.
These rentals have a loft style feel to them with exposed ducting and open feel to them. There are 208 units within the complex in East Village, San Diego and they don’t come cheap. The studios go for $2,073, one bedrooms for $2,191 and the 2 bedrooms for $2,595.
The amenities at the apartment complex will have a community gym along with yoga classes taught. There will be a courtyard as well as a roof top patio and the complex is dog friendly with a dog run also on site.
