There are TWO BALCONIES, off the bedroom & living room. Some of the living area has no unit above, just a rooftop deck. Front door overlooks pool. You will love it!

Both balcony floors have just been freshly painted as well as all of the railings!! The refrigerator and stack able washer/dryer are fairly new! Unit needs new flooring so we thought it was best to have buyer choose! The parking space is in the LG garage and is just outside the elevator. Located just a few miles form the airport and a few blocks to Little Italy. You can literally walk everywhere! So many restaurants to choose from, you really don't need to cook at all. There are grocery stores, 7/11, banks, Rite Aid.....everything you need! Walk to the Gaslamp, Petco Park & the Embarcadero. EZ freeway access. More pictures coming!
