Soleil Court is a Parisian-style 3-story row-house community located on 9th Avenue, Cortez Hill. Cortez Hill is a distinguished downtown San Diego neighborhood named after the historic El Cortez hotel. The original Victorian homes of the first settlers gives Cortez hill a unique charm.
