Gaslamp is going to have a new restaurant called Blush Ice Bar. It’s taking over the old Wet Willis, which should have been at the beach instead of downtown, on the corner of 6th and Market. At 555 Market Street, this location should do very well as long as the tenants inside make it work for the neighborhood.
The menu around Blush is the Blush Cocktail where you have the craft cocktail with fruit favoring frosted ice. They will have an East – West style menu for everyone to be satisfied with their dishes from Umami Bomb New York Strip and Mary’s Half Chicken Clay Pot to fusion Sushi Tacos and Sesame Soy Glazed Chicken Lollipops. You will be sure to find many dishes that you will enjoy and also want to venture out and try something new.
Blush will be opening this Summer and it should be a nice addition to downtown and the Gaslamp District. 7500 square feet is now being transformed into an oasis for many people to enjoy.
