Matt Spencer and Tyler Charman are opening another restaurant and this time it’s going to be in Little Italy. Kettner Exchange will be opening their doors within a couple months and many local residences are getting excited to try out their newest eatery; like across the street at Waterfront Condos. The location will be on a 10,000 square foot lot with plenty of parking on site. There will be a 250 seat dining and bar within 2 levels of 8500 square foot of space. The upper level with have an open patio with views of the city and bay. The chef is going to be Brian Redzikowski with Adam Stemmler creating the beverage menu.
Beside the restaurant, Donut Joint will also be opening to bring you fresh donuts in the morning starting at 8:00. The donut shop will also have a roof top patio to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the sites.
