It appears mortgage rates are still very good today at 3.7% for a 30 year conventional loan. This is a little higher than a week ago at 3.69% and still about the same as it was from the beginning of the year.
15 year fixed rate is 2.98 and is also a little higher from a week ago at 2.97%.
