Let’s look at today’s market in Downtown San Diego, Nov 5, 2014.
There are currently 264 active Downtown San Diego Condos and Lofts. That’s down from 190 from October 9, 2014. Why is this down you ask? Well, it could be because it’s getting into the holiday season and there aren’t as many sellers at this time? Maybe there are now more buyers than sellers? This could be because of many different reasons.
There are currently 80 pending sales and this is up from 77 from last month.
There are currently 7 contingent properties. This is down from 9 from last month and one of those is including my Sale at 350 West Ash in Little Italy.
