Aperture #803 is located on the 8th floor facing east. There are floor to ceiling windows in all rooms that really opens the space and allows a lot of natural light into the unit. I can’t remember how high the ceilings are but they are a little higher than usual. I’d say around 9’. The kitchen is really impressive with the dark cabinets and lighter granite counters and back splash. All the appliances are stainless steel and the stove top is gas instead of electric. The hardwood floors are throughout the condo besides the bathrooms; which are tiled. Properties at Aperture have good size patios and this unit is the same. You can feel comfortable with having a table and chairs and still be able to walk around and not feel cramped.
