First off, Happy Holidays all! I’m going back to Georgia, where I’m from, later this month to see family and friends and I’m Very Excited!! I’ve worked hard to help all of you and very honored to help each and every one of you. You know who you are!!
Let’s see here. For the month of December 2, 14 we currently have 236 active properties in Downtown San Diego’s 92101 zip code. This also includes Bankershill so please understand this as well. We are down from the month of November by 28 downtown condos and lofts.
We have 99 Pending transactions this month. That’s up from last month at 80.
Contingent properties are the same at 6. Remember, Short sales aren’t short. They can take as long as the bank wants them to take. We are out of control on timing but we can push and we do understand what it takes to shorten the short sale process. So even if there aren’t any active short sales, it doesn’t mean there isn’t one out there that may fall out. Please contact me to see what’s available.
