Urbana is located at 450 10th Avenue in East Village of Downtown San Diego. It’s nearing its completion and will being moving renters in starting January 2015. There will are some neat features at Urbana from the roof top sky lounge that has skyline views to the lobby having seating that overlooks 10th ave. In the courtyard, there is a fire pit and a couple bbqs and even a fountain for socializing. They residences will have a game lounge to entertain their guests from a shuffle board table, foosball and a poker table. Tv’s will also be located inside the game lounge. Bring your dogs and cats with you as this complex is pet friendly and even has a dog run. They’ll also have a fitness center to work out and stay healthy. There will be storage units for renters to have for a small fee and bike rakes will be available for use. They will have an underground garage equipped with car charging spots.
Nearby residences, such as: M2i, Diamond Terrace & Fahrenheit will be thrilled once these Downtown Apartments finishes construction. There were once a couple small warehouses to a nice looking apartment complex.
