Alright folks!! We are about to have our newest downtown San Diego condo complex built since Bayside in 2009. Bosa is about to start construction on a very tall 41-story, 450 feet, development located in the Columbia District on the southeast corner of Pacific Hwy & Broadway. Please remember, this is the closest any residential condo complex can be to the San Diego Bay. There currently isn’t a name for this project but soon we should know the name.
The price tag for these condos and penthouses won’t be cheap. Each of the 232 units, ranging from 956-2083 sqft, will have a minimum price per square feet of $1,060. Bosa will be asking a million plus for each one of these properties. Well, I’m excited to see what a 956sqft condo that sells for $1,000,000 will look like. We’ll soon see in 2007 as they are expected to complete the project in the middle of the year.
