The pictures of the condo don’t do this property justice. There are floor to ceiling windows that allows lots of light into the unit. The kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances with a gas range. The master bath has dual sink so you don’t have to fight your loved one over the sink 😉 The agent didn’t mention an additional storage unit but it should come with one.
Douglas Wilson is the developer of The Mark (as well as Parkloft across the street) added some really nice features to the complex. The Mark has an outdoor pool that is on the south side of the tower allowing for yearlong sun. There is also a large hot tub for many to enjoy and relax. There is also a 24-hour security guard and a really nice fitness center right off the lobby.
